The production of our fruits is carried out following the precepts of organic farming, the elaboration of our wines and oils in an artisanal way and using the best elements and designs of the island.
We produce six types of wines: Ses Marjades (Mantonegro), Els Rojals (Cabernet and Merlot), Pinot Noir (Red) and Fita del Ram (Sweet White Viognier variety).
Our red wines are aged for 12 months in French barrels.
In the 50s our family produced Mantonegro wine in Santa Maria del Camí. Today we continue to preserve those old vines and over time we have been adding varieties, such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Merlot or Viognier.
30 years of production in Es Verger, Esporles, preceded by several generations of vintners in Santa María de Camí, where we still cultivate some centennial vines of the well-known Manto Negro.
Es Verger is located in the Sierra de Tramuntana, 450 m above sea level, in the municipality of Esporles. We enjoy a special microclimate in the area that has a very positive influence on the nuances of our wines.
We have improved some things but we have not stopped being a small and familiar company that bets on quality before quantity.
We were pioneers in 100% organic production and we believe that our artisanal philosophy is essential to achieve the best results.
We are very satisfied with the acceptance of our wines, awarded in several competitions.
On our farm we also produce high quality extra virgin olive oil, with designation of origin (Oli de Mallorca). Our oil won the Feinschmecker award in 2010 which places it among the 250 best oils in the world.
