At Sa Roqueta, our jams are made by hand, with fresh seasonal fruits, trying to recover flavours of yesteryear, jams to enjoy beyond breakfast time.
They are an explosion of flavors, which can only be enjoyed during the harvest time of these same fruits, as we only make a limited number of jars, depending on the seasonal fruit.

Description
Sa Roqueta's homemade jams from Mallorca are made in an artisanal way with fresh seasonal fruits, respecting traditional processes to offer an authentic and natural flavour. Each production is limited, which guarantees an exclusive product linked to the optimal moment of each harvest.
These artisanal jams stand out for their quality, texture and richness of nuances, being ideal for both breakfasts and to accompany gourmet recipes.
In addition, in Sa Roqueta you can discover other typical products of Mallorca, such as artisanal honey, balsamic creams and almonds, all made with selected and top quality ingredients.



Jams
Hot pepper jam –
Soft and sweet on the palate giving way to a slight spicy flavor. This combination makes it ideal to accompany all kinds of cheeses, meats, salads, Mexican tacos. Made with natural fruit, without dyes or preservatives. Ingredients: Peppers, vinegar, sugar.
Tomato Jam –
It combines perfectly with all kinds of cheeses and salads. Made with natural fruit, without dyes or preservatives. Ingredients: Tomato, sugar.
Orange Jam –
