Sa Roqueta Jams

Jams: Homemade products from Mallorca.

At Sa Roqueta, our jams are made by hand, with fresh seasonal fruits, trying to recover flavours of yesteryear, jams to enjoy beyond breakfast time.

They are an explosion of flavors, which can only be enjoyed during the harvest time of these same fruits, as we only make a limited number of jars, depending on the seasonal fruit.

You can find jams, balsamic creams, honey and almonds in Sa Roqueta. All natural and top quality.

Jams

Hot pepper jam –

Soft and sweet on the palate giving way to a slight spicy flavor. This combination makes it ideal to accompany all kinds of cheeses, meats, salads, Mexican tacos. Made with natural fruit, without dyes or preservatives. Ingredients: Peppers, vinegar, sugar.

Tomato Jam –

It combines perfectly with all kinds of cheeses and salads. Made with natural fruit, without dyes or preservatives. Ingredients: Tomato, sugar.

Orange Jam –

Ideal for breakfasts, desserts and savory products make an exquisite combination. If we spread some toast with goat cheese and water them with a touch of jam they are a surprising appetizer! Made with natural fruit, without dyes or preservatives. Ingredients: Orange, sugar.

Strawberry Jam –

Due to its sweet and sour taste, it combines perfectly with salads, all kinds of rice, meat and fish. They do not contain gluten, fats, or any product from animals. They do not contain artificial colors or flavors, so they make them perfect for vegetarians, celiacs and vegans. No dyes or preservatives. Ingredients: Raspberry, sugar and apple cider vinegar.

Balsamic Orange Cream –

Pillar of the Mediterranean diet, its consumption also contributes to combat very common health disorders such as osteoporosis, cholesterol or diabetes and is an important source of vitamins and minerals.
