At Sa Roqueta, our jams are made by hand, with fresh seasonal fruits, trying to recover flavours of yesteryear, jams to enjoy beyond breakfast time.

They are an explosion of flavors, which can only be enjoyed during the harvest time of these same fruits, as we only make a limited number of jars, depending on the seasonal fruit.

Sa Roqueta's homemade jams from Mallorca are made in an artisanal way with fresh seasonal fruits, respecting traditional processes to offer an authentic and natural flavour. Each production is limited, which guarantees an exclusive product linked to the optimal moment of each harvest.

These artisanal jams stand out for their quality, texture and richness of nuances, being ideal for both breakfasts and to accompany gourmet recipes.

Hot pepper jam –

Soft and sweet on the palate giving way to a slight spicy flavor. This combination makes it ideal to accompany all kinds of cheeses, meats, salads, Mexican tacos. Made with natural fruit, without dyes or preservatives. Ingredients: Peppers, vinegar, sugar.

Tomato Jam –

Orange Jam –

Oil made with olives from the S'Establit estate with designation of origin of Mallorca of the Arbequina, Empelte and Picual varieties.

Almond without skin –

The Mallorcan almond is characterized by a high lipid content (greater than 55%) and a percentage of oleic and linoleic acids equal to or greater than 88%, facts that determine the unctuousness and aromatic intensity characteristic of this fruit.

It has specific qualities that distinguish it from almonds from other sources, such as being sweeter and oilier. Pillar of the Mediterranean diet, its consumption also contributes to combat very common health disorders such as osteoporosis, cholesterol or diabetes and is an important source of vitamins and minerals.
