Vinagrera Colomera is a small family winery headed by Biel Gornals, a passionate about agriculture and the world of oenology.

Vinagrera Colomera was born from continuous experimentation to obtain vinegars from the fruits of our crops in organic farming. 

Our 100% artisanal vinegars are made and packaged in our "celler" or micro-winery located in "Ca na Colomera", an old and charming nineteenth-century building in the centre of Porreres (Mallorca).

Aged in French oak casks. With "THE MOTHER". It is characterized by its elegant red color, great liveliness and intensity. A very special vinegar with a powerful sweet and sour flavor macerated with cayenne and garlic from our garden. Ideal for all types of preparations and dressings. Intense and complex aroma, rich in herbal and spicy nuances, with dense hints of ripe red fruits. Palate of extraordinary character and high concentration, dense, fleshy, with fine toasted notes. Ideal for all types of preparations and dressings.

It has a sweet and sour flavor with a spicy touch. It adds special flavor and aroma to your dishes.

Vinagrera Colomera was born in the Mallorcan town of Porreres by Biel Gornals, a man from Pagés who loved the world of agriculture and winemaking. We are convinced that there are more and more consumers who are looking for special vinegars, with their own identity, valuing the characteristics of the product of differentiated quality with a lot of added value.

The vinegars in our micro-winery are made in an artisanal, slow, natural, ancestral way "letting nature work". Some vinegars are raised with mothers over 20 years old in French oak casks. 

They are exclusive vinegars, made with homegrown fruit in organic farmer's crops of very limited production, of high quality, KM. Or, natural, without additives, vegan, without added sugars, unpasteurized, unfiltered and most without sulfites. 

Vinagrera Colomera is a small artisan winery led by Biel Gornals, a true enthusiast of the land and oenology.

This winery arises from a constant exploration to create unique vinegars from the fruits obtained from our organic crops.

Each of our vinegars, made in a completely artisanal way, is produced and bottled in our "celler", a micro-winery located in Ca na Colomera, a charming nineteenth-century building in the heart of Porreres (Mallorca).
