Blanc de Blanc Dulce de Macià Batle is a sweet wine made 100% with the native Prensal Blanc (Moll) variety. This wine is obtained from a late harvest, which allows the grapes to reach an optimal degree of ripeness, guaranteeing the necessary sugar levels for the natural sweetness characteristic of this wine. The must is extracted by pneumatic pressing, which limits the pressure and allows the free-run must to be obtained in the most delicate way. After racking, fermentation takes place in French oak barrels at a controlled temperature that does not exceed 16ºC. The wine is then aged on its lees for 12 months, adding complexity and depth to its profile.
