Brut Nature BT - Sparkling Wine

A bubbly pleasure that we wish to share with you through this sparkling, smooth and cheerful wine that will brighten up your tables. It is a sparkling wine made using the traditional method, with a minimum aging of 24 months.

ELABORATION

Manual harvest in 12 kg boxes, in which a first selection of the grapes is made in the vineyard.

In the winery, direct pressing without destemming to improve the extraction of the free-run must and racked in less than 24 hours from harvesting by the flotation method.

Two fermentation processes: In the first, the base wine is generated with a low alcohol content and good acidity. The second is in the bottle, which generates the natural bubble using the traditional method. Minimum of 18 months of ageing in the bottle on its own lees.

Later disgorged by hand and filled with the sparkling wine itself, which gives it the category of Brut Nature.

Variety: Macabeo.

TASTING:

- Colour: Straw yellow with green reflections, clean and bright, with fine and persistent bubbles.

- Aromas: Medium-high intensity, with notes of green apple and pastry accompanied by hints of fennel and minerality of calcareous soil.

- Taste: Very well integrated bubbles, fresh and sharp entry, with persistent acidity, and aftertaste hints of pastry.
