After a long life of work and in collaboration with a renowned winemaker, Don Bernat Febrer decided to found the Bodega Blanco Tierra, producing a quality Mallorcan wine that emerged from the land of his esteemed Mallorca.
All our wines are made with grapes from our vineyards. We use native and foreign varieties; And we are in a constant process of study and experimentation to be able to offer you a varied and select selection of young wines, with different crianzas and some sparkling wines. Terra Dolça - sweet
Energy and vitality is what Terra dolça transmits to us, made from moscatell and chardonnay. It is a sweet wine capable of evoking all kinds of sensations.
Origins - white
As a result of recovering the Mallorcan tradition, this fresh and light wine emerges from the native varieties Malvasía and Giró Ros.
Foravila - white
Who was going to tell us that from the mixture between Chardonnay and Riesling we were going to get such a fresh and smooth wine.
Passió - pink
Pleasant surprise. We have reinvented the rosé wine, suggestive color and pleasant flavor, and all hand in hand with four varieties, Macabeu, Monastrell, Syrah and Merlot.
Son Roca - red
From the Syrah variety we have obtained this cheerful wine with a desire to live. Impetuous and pleasant, Son Roca leaves no one indifferent.
Febrer - red
With body and character. With the Merlot and monastrell varieties we have made a structured and elegant wine, with touches of wood and ripe fruit.
Ses Planes - white
From aging in a special cement tank and a cupage of Chardonnay and Moscatel de Frontigna, we have made a wine that travels from mineral to syrups and creaminess. A very special white wine, to taste with tranquility.
Febrer Selecció - red
From the heart of our Febrer wine we have made a selection of the best barrels to be able to offer you all the best of us. A wine with a perfect balance between wood and ripe fruit.

We offer you the possibility of visiting and tasting our wines without prior reservation, from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

There is evidence of the production of wine in Mallorca since the seventh and sixth centuries BC, and the importance of this in Porreres after the reconquest in 1229 by Jaime I and the granting of licenses for the cultivation of the vineyard.
The choice of this municipality to start this new project is not accidental. Its fertile lands and the ease of obtaining water in them, assures us a favorable crop and a quality grape; it even allows us to successfully use varieties rarely used in Mallorca and seek originality.
The winery has 12 hectares distributed between the municipalities of Porreres and Montuiri. The grapes we work with are varied, chardonnay, riesling, manto negro, monastrell, syrah, giró ros, moscatel, petit verdó and other.
One of our greatest values is that all our wine is made with our own grapes, which allows us to know in detail its state and evolution and make the most appropriate decisions at all times.
To get to produce a good wine it is important to be involved from the beginning and throughout the process; in the sowing of the vineyard, at the time of growth and care of the vine; in the harvest. Details as important as the care in pruning, the manual collection of the grapes and at an early hour to avoid high temperatures; But among all the tasks and details that lead us to our wine we can highlight the enthusiasm with which we take this work.
In our winery we put a lot of interest in all the process of winemaking and that is why we have equipped ourselves with all kinds of machinery and tools. We control the temperature of the grape to avoid unwanted fermentation, we rely on our press and bottling to make sulfite-free wines, we work in our laboratory to guarantee a quality wine having everything controlled at all times.
In the design of our new winery we look for two things, functionality and elegance; And we are very proud to be able to offer the possibility of visiting it with the total certainty that it will meet the expectations of the visitor. In addition, we incorporated into the installation a space dedicated to an oenological museum.
Already from the vineyard we treat the grapes in a very special way, taking care of it and pampering it so that it gives us its best nectar and be able to contribute something new to the fascinating world of wine.
