ELABORATION

Manual harvesting in 12 kg boxes and selection of grapes in the vineyard itself, delicate destemming and second selection of grapes. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature. Automatic punch-down or "pigéage" system. Aged in 225 L French oak barrels for 10 to 12 months.

IGP Vi de la Terra de Mallorca.

13.5% alcohol.

Varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Monastrell.

TASTING

- Colour: Ruby red colour with a medium layer and brick red rim.

- Aromas: High intensity, with balsamic notes that combine with ripe fruit such as prune or blackcurrant and spicy and intense touches.

- Taste: Agile mid-palate with soft astringency of ripe tannins. Spicy and candied fruit tastes with good acidity. The finish is long and frank, with balsamic retronasal aromas.
