ELABORATION

Manual collection in 12 kg boxes and selection in the field. Gentle destemming, keeping the grape grain intact. Fermentation with a controlled temperature of 26-28 ºC, in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 6 months in 1000L oak foudres.

IGP Vi de la Terra de Mallorca.

13% alcohol.

Variety: Syrah.

TASTING

- Colour: Ruby red with a medium layer with a violet rim.

- Aromas: High aromatic intensity, with notes of red fruits such as blackberry and ripe cherry, accompanied by smoky and caramel touches and spicy undertones.

- Taste: Intense and pleasant entry, with moderate structure and medium acidity that progresses to the end of the mouth. In retronasal we find balsamic and red fruit.
