It is made from anise in which rosemary, fennel, chamomile, lemon balm, verbena and orange and lemon leaves are macerated. Cabraboc Herbes de Mallorca has a unique fresh note among herbs.

Mojito with Cabraboc Herbs
Ingredients
10 fresh mint leaves
1/2 lime, cut into 4 segments
2 teaspoons white sugar
Crushed ice
6 cl Cabraboc Herbs
Sprite
1 slice of orange (dry if desired)
Preparation
Place mint leaves and a lime wedge in a highball glass. Crush the mint and lime with the mortar and pestle to release the peppermint oils and lime juice. Add another 2 lime wedges and sugar and blend again. Fill the glass to the brim with crushed ice. Pour the Cabraboc Herbs over the ice and top the glass with Sprite. Garnish the glass with the remaining lime wedge, mint leaves, rosemary and a slice of orange.
Mallorca Mule with Cabraboc Herbs
Ingredients
60 ml(2 fl oz) Cabraboc Herbs
15 ml) (1/2 fl oz) lemon juice
90 ml (3 fl oz) Ginger Beer
Preparation
Fill a copper cup with ice. Pour the Cabraboc Herbs and lime juice. Fill the glass with ginger beer and shake gently with a spoon once to mix. Garnish with strips of fresh ginger and a lime wedge.
