With this ambition, Spirit of the Island was born, a small Mallorcan-German family business that, combining our love for the Mediterranean and our passion for good food and drink, embarks on a journey to capture everything we like about our island in a bottle of good distillate or liquor.

Spirit of the Island represents the aromas and the quiet Mediterranean way of life, drinks to enjoy in good company that evoke the Island and its pleasures.

CABRABOC and its family of goats are emblematic inhabitants of the Serra de Tramuntana and the entire Mediterranean. His independent character and characteristic figure evoke the spirit of island life.

Our team is currently made up of four members: Janine Bucher, Sara Capó Bucher, Miguel Capó Riera, Jürgen Bucher and Max Capó Bucher.

A family, three generations of designers, illustrators, consultants, linguists, writers and distillers working with passion in what we like, spirits and quality artisanal liquors.
