This brightly coloured liqueur is made from

 cuisine. Aromatic herbs are very sensitive, so we distill them individually at low temperature in order to preserve all the herbal and resinous aroma.

Botanicals: Rosemary | Thyme | Basil | Lavender | other 

Put the basil and lemon juice in a shaker. Gently mix the lemon juice and basil crushing the ingredients. Add the sugar syrup and gin, top with ice and shake. Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice. Garnish with basil leaves.

Cabraboc Herbes de Mallorca

 is the Mallorcan herbal digestive par excellence and is protected by a designation of origin. It is made from anise in which rosemary, fennel, chamomile, lemon balm, verbena and orange and lemon leaves are macerated. Cabraboc Herbes de Mallorca has a unique fresh note among herbs.

Place mint leaves and a lime wedge in a highball glass. Crush the mint and lime with the mortar and pestle to release the peppermint oils and lime juice. Add another 2 lime wedges and sugar and blend again. Fill the glass to the brim with crushed ice. Pour the Cabraboc Herbs over the ice and top the glass with Sprite. Garnish the glass with the remaining lime wedge, mint leaves, rosemary and a slice of orange.

Fill a copper cup with ice. Pour the Cabraboc Herbs and lime juice. Fill the glass with ginger beer and shake gently with a spoon once to mix. Garnish with strips of fresh ginger and a lime wedge.

Cabraboc Gin

 combining the modern and the classic. Fennel is the centerpiece and is accompanied by oranges, lemon leaves and other traditional herbs. The result is a particularly soft gin, with a fleeting sweet note, aniseed and citrus aromas.

Pour the gin into a ball glass filled to 3/4 of its capacity with ice. Add the tonic. Recommended decoration: lemon verbena and pink pepper.

Pour the gin and vermouth into a glass of mixtures and stir until the mixture is cold. Serve in a martini glass decorated with a lemon or olive peel.

Cabraboc Palo de Mallorca

 is made according to a traditional recipe of the seventeenth century. At that time, malaria was still widespread in Mallorca. To combat it, extracts of cinchona bark and gentian root were used. To preserve them, they were put in alcohol. This "medicine" was made tasty by mixing it with burnt and caramelized cane sugar and aromatic plants.

Pour the stick into a ball cup filled to 3/4 of its capacity with ice. Add the tonic. Garnish with lemon and a sprig of rosemary.

 dresses in orange. A tribute to Sóller, our little home in the Tramuntana. An exclusively citrus edition, with seasonal fruits of the best quality. It combines the intense aroma of juniper, with acidic and sweet notes of citrus.

Fill a shaker with ice. Pour in the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup. Shake for 20 or 30 seconds. Fill a tall glass with ice. Strain the contents of the shaker into the glass. Fill the rest of the glass with soda and stir gently with a spoon.

Garnish with a slice of lemon or a cinnamon rind, or in the most classic version with a wheel of lemon and a maraschino cherry.

CABRABOC Gin Mestral

A fresh wind blows in CABRABOC. The Mestral is strong and wild, blowing from the northwest and accompanied by storms, rains and rough seas. The aromas of a walk through the Mallorcan garrigue combed by the Mestral inspired us to give life to this gin.

A complex and round gin in which wild and resinous aromas such as pine and myrtle stand out.

Pour the gin, Campari and vermouth into a mixing glass filled with ice cubes and mix until chilled. Strain into a glass full of large ice cubes. Garnish with an orange peel.

Our team is currently made up of four members: Janine Bucher, Sara Capó Bucher, Miguel Capó Riera, Jürgen Bucher and Max Capó Bucher.
