Cabraboc dresses in orange. A tribute to Sóller, our little home in the Tramuntana. An exclusively citrus edition, with seasonal fruits of the best quality. It combines the intense aroma of juniper, with acidic and sweet notes of citrus.

Tom Collins with Cabraboc Dry Gin Taronja

Ingredients

60 ml (2 fl oz) Cabraboc Dry Gin Taronja

30 ml (1 fl oz) lemon juice

15 ml (1/2 fl oz) Sugar syrup

Soda

Preparation

Fill a shaker with ice. Pour in the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup. Shake for 20 or 30 seconds. Fill a tall glass with ice. Strain the contents of the shaker into the glass. Fill the rest of the glass with soda and stir gently with a spoon.

Garnish with a slice of lemon or a cinnamon rind, or in the most classic version with a wheel of lemon and a maraschino cherry.
