Cabraboc Gin

Cabraboc Gin is an interpretation of the taste of Mallorcan Herbs combining the modern and the classic. Fennel is the centerpiece and is accompanied by oranges, lemon leaves and other traditional herbs. The result is a particularly soft gin, with a fleeting sweet note, aniseed and citrus aromas.

Cabraboc Gin | 0,7l | 40% vol.

Gin Tonic with Cabraboc Gin

Ingredients

50 – 60 ml Cabraboc Gin

200 ml Tonic Water

Preparation

Pour the gin into a ball glass filled to 3/4 of its capacity with ice. Add the tonic. Recommended decoration: lemon verbena and pink pepper.

Cabraboc Dry Martini

Ingredients

50 ml Cabraboc Gin

50 ml Vermouth

Preparation

Pour the gin and vermouth into a glass of mixtures and stir until the mixture is cold. Serve in a martini glass decorated with a lemon or olive peel.
