Sweet red wine from Macià Batle is a wine made 100% with the native Mantonegro variety. This wine is produced from a late harvest, which allows the grapes to reach an optimal degree of ripeness, ensuring the necessary sugar levels for their characteristic natural sweetness. After a pre-fermentation maceration, fermentation takes place at 20ºC in small stainless steel tanks, maintaining contact with the skins to extract their full aromatic and taste potential. The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, which adds complexity and depth to its profile.
