The Margalida Llompart Tinto is a wine made with a careful selection of grapes of the Mantonegro, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah varieties. After manual harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks to preserve the purity of the varietal aromas. Subsequently, the wine ages for 12 months in French oak barrels, which gives it complexity and characteristic aromatic nuances.
