Passió - Rosé Wine

A pleasant surprise, that's what Passió has in store for us. We have reinvented rosé wine, suggestive colour and pleasant flavour, and all with the Malvasia, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot varieties.

ELABORATION:

Manual harvesting in 12 kg boxes and selection of grapes in the vineyard itself. Delicate destemming and second selection of grapes. Light pressing without exceeding 1 Kg of pressure, process inerted with CO2 gas to avoid oxidation. Static racking in isothermal tanks at 24-48 h and fermented in stainless steel tanks with cooling jackets. Temperature control throughout the process. Rest on fine lees between 4 and 6 months.

IGP Vi de la Terra de Mallorca.

13% Alcohol.

Varieties: Malvasia, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.

TASTING:

- Color: Pale pink with a salmon tendency.

- Aromas: High intensity with aromas of hay mixed with dried flowers. Background of sour strawberries with lactic touches, reminiscent of pastry.

- Taste: Soft and fresh entry, with medium acidity and a certain volume in the mouth. Finish with slight bitterness, which gives persistence.
