Macià Batle's Maceración Carbonica Rosado is a fresh and vibrant rosé wine, made from a selection of red grape varieties grown in Mallorca. Following the carbonic maceration method, the whole grapes are fermented in an environment rich in carbon dioxide inside closed tanks, allowing an intracellular fermentation that highlights the fruit aromas and maintains the natural acidity of the grapes. After fermentation, the wine is gently pressed and bottled early to preserve its freshness and fruity character.
