COLOUR
Intense golden color. Clean and bright.
AROMA
Clean, medium intensity with a wide range of fruit aromas (apricot, peach, banana). Beautiful touch of chamomile flower. On a saline background with a refreshing aroma of sea breeze. Well-integrated aromas of butter and vanilla.
PALATE
Great body, weight and balance. Slightly unctuous texture and high fruit load with a sweet touch. On the palate it is pleasant, with a persistent aftertaste and a long finish.

HISTORY
The name ‘Sa Sivina’ comes from Juniperus Phoenicea, the Mediterranean conifer, which in Mallorcan is known as ‘Sivina’. It is a tribute to the coast of Mallorca and reflects the influence of the Embat wind that blows across the island and carries with it the saline characteristics of the Mediterranean.
