It is a sauce made with red tomato, ripened in the sun of Mallorca, chilli and spices. It has a medium degree of spiciness, perfectly acceptable for people who like a touch of spicy. In addition, the combination of spices give it a unique flavor that we do not find in other sauces. It is a salty product, usually eaten as an appetizer, to dippear with salty snacks, corn triangles, oil crackers, etc. It also serves to incorporate into the kitchen, for example, as a sauce for some chips, as a substitute for the typical ketchup or similar, to temper salads or create sauces with the product as a base.
