Tramuntana honeydew

The holm oak myelato is collected during the summer, they are honeys that tend to be dark tones. They have less sugar than the rest of the honeys and yet contain a higher concentration of polyphenol, a compound that gives it greater antioxidant capacity.

They usually solidify with difficulty, and both their smell and taste remind us of spices and resins.

Crude myelato. Unpasteurized, in this way the aroma, flavour and its healthy properties remain intact.

Store in a cool place away from sunlight. It can be refrigerated.

Its consumption is not recommended for children under 1 year.
