This bitterer vermouth with Mallorcan character is born from the native Mantonegro grape planted by 7103 Petit Celler, which macerates for months with 21 botanicals selected by La Vermutera.

ELABORATION

The wine is made with Mantonegro grapes from their own vineyards. After the first winter, the formula of red vermouth herbs is added, resulting in a vermouth base that will rest and refine for a few months, and then go on to bottling.

TASTING NOTES

- View: This vermouth has a beautiful dark mahogany color.

- Nose: Very expressive on the nose, with aromas of sweet spices where cinnamon and cloves stand out. Background of pacified fruits.

- Mouth: Creamy and fresh palate that gives way to a finish with herbal hints of slightly bitter Mediterranean plants.

- Pairing: Ideal to enjoy it alone or with an aperitif on the terrace.
