What makes us unique: values that define us
At 7103 Petit Celler, each bottle expresses our identity, commitment to our land and the Mediterranean spirit. These are the values that guide our way of making wine:
Roots in Mallorca: Our name, 7103, represents a cuarterada, the traditional agricultural measure of the island. Every wine we make carries with it the Mallorcan spirit and traditions that we are passionate about and that we want to preserve.
Passion for the Local: We grow and produce with local grape varieties, such as Mantonegro and Premsal Blanc, authentic treasures of the island that give our wines a unique flavour and character that can only be born in Mallorcan lands.
Commitment to Limited Quality: We are dedicated to artisanal production and small quantities, which allows us to take care of each bunch and each stage of production, achieving unique wines that carry with them all our dedication.
Respect for the Mediterranean Land: We work in harmony with the call vermell soil, a terrain that respects the natural balance and allows us to obtain wines with the mineral character of the land that surrounds us.
Tradition and Innovation: The history of our vineyards begins more than 60 years ago with the plantations of Sebastià's grandfather. Today, we unite their legacy with current techniques to produce modern wines that celebrate our roots.
The Power of Authenticity: We believe that in every bottle we carry the essence of our land, our people and our culture. At 7103 Petit Celler, each glass of wine is a tribute to Mallorca and an invitation to discover its authentic flavour.
Each value that defines us inspires us to keep the history of Mallorca alive in our wines, taking it from the vineyard to the glass with passion and authenticity.

The farm is made up of a whole series of vineyards of very diverse idiosyncrasy and very different soils that together make up the agricultural landscape of 7103.
Vineyards of complex ages between 0 and 60 years old and native varieties, typical of the island of Mallorca, such as Mantonegro, Premsal Blanc, Giró Ros, Callet and Fogoneu, are what distinguish our wines.
The different types of soils are those that make up the blends of our single-varietal wines. Each one brings a unique personality that transforms.
'Call Vermell' and Red Clays
Known for its intense reddish color and commonly mixed with gravel, this soil is mainly formed from the erosion of calcareous rocks; It is very dry and has a limited water holding capacity.
Call Vermell' and Stones
This reddish soil, with a top layer rich in pebbles, is ideal for dryland cultivation of our vineyards. During the summer months, this layer reduces evaporation, helping to better preserve the freshness and moisture of the soil
Tierra Blanca
Soil with a high percentage of white clay, which retains a lot of water, very suitable for the cultivation of rainfed cereals and for planting white grape varieties.
'Call Vermell' and Tierra Blanca
A type of soil where we find similar percentages of white clay and calcium carbonate with significant concentrations of ferric oxide.
