Young, sweet white with intense aromas reminiscent of ripe yellow fruits such as peaches and nuts, made exclusively with the Mallorcan variety Giró Ros.PGI: Vi de la Terra de Mallorca

ELABORATION

Manual harvest of Giró Ros's own vineyards. Subsequent passage of the grapes through a selection table where a strict quality control is carried out. Soft crushing and destemming. Maceration and fermentation of the must with the skins for 15 days at temperatures of 16°C to preserve the varietal aromas. Gentle pressing of the bunches at low pressures in a pneumatic press. Continued fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures of approximately 16°C for about 15 more days. The Giró Ros gives the wine ripe aromas of yellow fruit, as well as great volume in the mouth.

TASTING NOTES

- Appearance: Yellow-orange color. Clean and bright.

- Nose: Aromas of yellow fruit such as peaches, hints of nuts and hints of citrus.

- Mouth: Very intense entry into the mouth that gives rise to a voluminous and lively passage through the mouth. It is a white with tannic touches, something unusual. Very long finish in the mouth and a bitter point that makes it perfect to eat.

- Pairing: Oily fish and rice or white meat.
