Young, sweet rosé with fruity aromas reminiscent of very fresh red fruits, made with the Mallorcan varieties Callet and Premsal Blanc.

ELABORATION

Manual harvest of Callet and Premsal blanc vines. Subsequent passage of the grapes through a selection table where a strict quality control is carried out. Gentle pressing of the bunches at low pressures in a pneumatic press to prevent oxidation. Partial fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures of approximately 16°C for about 20 days to preserve the freshness of the aromas. The Premsal gives the wine fresh citrus aromas and the Callet gives us those floral and red fruit touches, as well as great delicacy in the mouth.

TASTING NOTES

- View: Very light pink color. Clean and bright.

- Nose: Aromas of sweet touches of apricot, we find red fruit such as strawberry.

- Palate: Very pleasant and fresh entry in the mouth that gives rise to a graceful and lively passage through the mouth. Delicate finish on the palate with a sweet touch that envelops everything.

- Pairing: Ideal to enjoy in the mid-afternoon or for desserts. White fish and rice dishes.
