Young, fresh white with delicate aromas reminiscent of citrus and white fruit, made mainly with the Mallorcan Premsal Blanc variety.

ELABORATION

Manual harvest from our own Premsal Blanc vineyard. Subsequent passage of the grapes through a selection table where a strict quality control is carried out. Gentle pressing of the bunches at low pressures in a pneumatic press to prevent oxidation. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures of approximately 16ºC for about 30 days to preserve the freshness of the aromas. The Premsal gives the wine fresh aromas of citrus and white fruit, as well as great delicacy on the palate.

TASTING NOTES

- Appearance: Golden yellow color. Clean and bright.

- Nose: Aromas of white fruit such as pear and citrus hints of lime.

- Mouth: Very pleasant entry into the mouth that gives rise to a graceful and lively passage through the mouth. Delicate finish on the palate and a bitter touch that gives it life.

- Pairing: Ideal to enjoy in the mid-afternoon or for appetizers. White fish and rice dishes.
