Aged white, dry and with delicate aromas reminiscent of ripe and toasted fruits, made exclusively with the Mallorcan variety Giró Ros.

ELABORATION

Manual harvest of Giró ros' own vineyards. Subsequent passage of the grapes through a selection table where a strict quality control is carried out. Gentle pressing of the bunches at low pressures in a pneumatic press to prevent oxidation. Fermentation in 500-litre French oak barrels and in ovoid tanks with micro-oxygenation at a controlled temperature of approximately 16°C for about 30 days. It then rests for 6 months in the barrel with its fine lees. The Giró ros, gives the wine ripe aromas of yellow fruit, as well as great unctuousness in the mouth.

TASTING NOTES

- Appearance: Golden yellow color. Clean and bright.

- Nose: Aromas of yellow fruit such as peach and hints of pastries and subtle toasting of wood.

- Mouth: Sweet entry into the mouth that gives rise to a voluminous and lively passage through the mouth. Very long finish on the palate where we remember the toasted wood.

- Pairing: Ideal to enjoy with a good meal. White fish and rice or white meat.
