Young, sweet white with fruity aromas reminiscent of white fruits, made exclusively with the Mallorcan Premsal Blanc variety.

ELABORATION

Manual harvest from Premsal blanc vines. Subsequent passage of the grapes through a selection table where a strict quality control is carried out. Gentle pressing of the bunches at low pressures in a pneumatic press to prevent oxidation. Partial fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures of approximately 16°C for about 20 days to preserve the freshness of the aromas. The Premsal gives the wine fresh aromas of citrus and white fruit, as well as great delicacy on the palate.

TASTING NOTES

- Appearance: Golden yellow color. Clean and bright.

- Nose: Aromas of white fruit such as pear and sweet hints of apricot.

- Palate: Very pleasant and fresh entry in the mouth that gives rise to a graceful and lively passage through the mouth. Delicate finish on the palate with a sweet touch that envelops everything.

- Pairing: Ideal to enjoy in the mid-afternoon or for desserts. White fish and rice dishes.
