Bread made from 100% organic Whole Spelt flour grown in Mallorca. Made with sourdough and double fermentation, without added yeasts or salt. Crust covered with sunflower seeds. Extraordinary flavour. On the palate it is very tasty. Spelt, the caviar of cereals.

Spelt is a variety of wheat that has been cultivated for approximately 7,000 years, being cultivated in both ancient China and Ancient Egypt. It is one of the oldest cereals. Spelt stands out above all for being a cereal extremely rich in proteins (it contains 8 essential amino acids), minerals (such as phosphorus, iron and magnesium) and vitamins (especially B vitamins, vitamin E and beta-carotene). It is very beneficial against anemia and is an antioxidant. It also stands out for its high fiber content. It is an ideal wheat variety for organic cultivation

Long-lasting bread of 640 grs.

At room temperature covered with a cloth cloth it lasts 4 days.

In the fridge, in the fruit and vegetable area with a cling film it lasts 8 days.

It can also be frozen and from the freezer directly to the toaster, without the need to defrost it maintains all its nutritional qualities
