Artisan semi-cured Cavalleria Nova cheese made from raw milk

This is the cheese with the shortest curing time, between 2 and 6 months. Because of this, it has a milder flavor and is easy to cut. It is the perfect cheese to combine with any dish and that adapts to all palates.

A very versatile format for tasting or culinary use. Its softness and delicate flavor make it suitable for all palates.

Origin of milk: Spain.

Maturation: between 60 and 150 days.

Store in: cool and dry place.

Expiry date:

·Whole semi-cured cheeses wrapped in paper expire after 6 months.

·Vacuum-packaged portions (eighths, quarters, half parts) expire after 3 months.
