Tres Caires is a historic brand of the Jordi Perelló distillery that symbolises Mallorca's liqueur tradition. Its origin dates back more than 100 years, standing out especially for its emblematic Anís 3 Caires. This liqueur is made following a traditional and artisanal recipe, using centuries-old stills and distillation processes that can last more than 15 hours. The triangular bottle, designed in 1895 and patented in 1927 by Jordi Perelló Serra, is an iconic symbol of the brand.

Hierbas de Mallorca, from the Jordi Perelló distilleries, is an emblem of the island's liqueur tradition, offering an aniseed spirit that captures the aromas and flavours of Mallorcan flora. These herbs are made with native plants such as fennel, rosemary, lemon verbena, chamomile, lemon, orange and lemon balm, following recipes inherited from the monasteries where the friars prepared spirits with herbs and fruits. The herbs are harvested in the early morning, in May or on St. John's Day, and macerated for a minimum of 60 days before being mixed with anise distilled in centuries-old pot stills.

- Gin 3 Or Prohibido: Distilled in copper stills, this gin combines high-quality nebrinas, coriander, and botanicals with a distinctive Mediterranean twist. Its aroma is clean and its flavor, soft and delicate, make it a real treasure.
- Forbidden Vodka: This premium vodka, triple distilled in small glass stills, resurfaces as a tribute to a time when its commercialization was restricted in Spain due to its high alcohol content of 65º. Despite the restrictions, it was successfully exported to Finland and competed with the best Russian vodkas.
- Ron Prohibido: A rum aged for 10 years in oak casks that previously stored brandy, made with cane molasses and a prolonged rest in traditional barrels. Its intense flavor with notes of cinnamon, coffee and wood, along with its limited production, make it an artisanal jewel.
Garrot
