The history of TRES CAIRES dried anise or cazalla dates back more than 100 years and its production is still done in our wineries following the same traditional recipe and without adding artificial chemicals. It is distilled in century-old stills and its process lasts more than 15 hours. The name TRES CAIRES (three edges) comes from the characteristic triangular shape of our bottle, the original idea of Jordi Perelló Serra, a true entrepreneur and visionary who had the initiative to patent the design of the bottle back in 1927, although the design of the bottle dates back to 1895 approx. During all these years and due to its indisputable quality, it has become a true benchmark among the liqueurs made in Mallorca, both for the local population and for our visitors and tourists.
