"Blat Mort, Blat Mollar, Blat Xeixa and Blat Barba" bread in round format from the four old Mallorcan cereals. Made with organic flours grown in Mallorca from Xeixa, Mort, Barba and Mollar, Xeixa Integral sourdough and double fermentation, without added yeasts or salt. Crunchy crust and dense crumb, which allows you to rub tomato, ideal for "pa amb oli". Its smell and taste transports us to the times of authentic Mallorcan bread. A delight for the palate. Very low in gluten

The shelf life of bread at room temperature is 3-4 days. If stored in the fridge in the fruit/vegetable area with film, it lasts 8 days. It can also be frozen.
