A white wine of great complexity, the result of the assembly of local and international varieties. A background of stone fruits typical of Premsal Blanc and very balanced acidity of the Malvasia de Banyalbufar, with the local touch of the Giró Ros variety and the international Viognier.

Barrel ageing: Young wine. Ros spent 6 months in Foudre.
Alcohol: 12.5% vol.
TASTING NOTES:
- Lemon yellow in color, it has grayish flashes that reflect its vivacity. Bright and limpid, it manifests an attractive luminosity in the crown.
- Pronounced aromatic intensity where subtle notes of white flowers, citrus and elegant notes of loquat, pear and peach stand out, accompanied by a background of sweet spices from partial aging in French oak barrels.
- On the palate it is intense and voluminous, with a persistent acidity that gives it freshness, with a predominance of stone fruit sensations at its optimum point of ripeness, peach and herbs reminiscent of the Mediterranean marina.
