Barrel aging: 12 months in French oak foudre.

Alcohol: 13% vol.

TASTING NOTES:

- Cherry red colour, with a light-medium layer, with bluish reminiscences. Aroma characterized by wild red fruits, with a cocoa background and light spicy nuances.

- On the palate it shows lightness and subtlety, with a very pleasant acidity that drives the wine throughout its journey. It has a final tactile sensation of velvety character, the result of the pleasant tannins characteristic of the Callet variety, which gives it very good persistence despite its delicacy.

- It is generally a wine with a very friendly character, which invites you to enjoy it on many occasions.
