A limited edition red wine with an intense aroma of holm oak and Mediterranean scrub. Aged in French oak barrels for sweet, spicy, vanilla, coconut, and chocolate notes.
Vi de la Terra Mallorca.
Organic red wine.
Varieties: Callet, Merlot, Syrah.
Barrel ageing: 14 months in French oak.
Alcohol: 14% vol.
TASTING NOTES:
- Ruby red colour with a deep, bright layer and dense tears.
- Of pronounced and complex aromatic intensity where aromas of violets, black berry fruit such as blackberry or currant, low forest and spices such as vanilla, chocolate with an elegant background of smoked wood, very subtle and well integrated that denotes aging in high quality French oak barrels.
- On the palate it is a wine with volume, with a fleshy and structured entry into the mouth, intense and powerful as well as balanced and velvety, with vigorous acidity, with a soft ripe tannin, with a tasty and persistent finish where notes of ripe black fruit, spices and scrubland herbs resurface.
