Mallorca's almond trees bloom from January to March every year, bringing aromas to the fields with the first flowers of winter.

The flowers are picked by hand one by one, they are carefully selected in a family party that is repeated from generation to generation.

The flowers macerate in a secret mixture of family tradition for a period of approximately 5 years, in the dark in a small cave.
