Artisan cured Cavalleria Nova cheese from raw milk

It is our intermediate cheese in terms of curing process. It ranges between 6 and 12 months of curing. Due to the longer maturation time, it has a more compact mass and a slightly more intense taste.

An artisanal cheese that is the perfect balance between flavor and creaminess!

Origin of milk: Spain.

Maturation: between 150 and 365 days.

Store in: cool and dry place.

Direct consumption.

Expiry date:

·Whole cured cheeses wrapped in paper expire after a year.

·Vacuum-packaged portions (eighths, quarters, half parts) expire after 3 months.
