Paprika made with the native variety of Tap pepper from Corti. Grown on the Villafranca de Bonany estate "Son Pou Nou" under the Organic certification.

Dried in combination using the sun and hot air at a temperature below 60 degrees, which allows all its qualities to be maintained and especially vitamin C.

For the dehydration process, the raw material to generate heat is used as the almond shell from Mallorca.

The milling is done using stone mills.
