Paprika made with the native variety of pepper Tap de Corti. Grown on the estate of Villafranca de Bonany "Son Pou Nou" under the Ecological certification.

Dried in a combined way using the sun and hot air at a temperature below 60 degrees, which allows it to maintain all its qualities and especially vitamin C.

For the dehydration process, the shell of Mallorcan almonds is used as a raw material to generate heat.

Grinding is done using stone mills.

The product has the quality certification Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) PImenton de Mallorca.
