Made with our semi-cured cheese and a careful selection of native herbs. It is a different cheese that will transport you to the aromas of spices typical of the gastronomy of our land.

Texture equal to the semi-cured cheese, although somewhat drier, that takes us on a journey through the aromas of our land!

Origin of milk: Spain.

Maturation: between 60 and 150 days.

Store in: cool and dry place.

Expiry date:

·Whole semi-cured cheeses wrapped in paper expire after 6 months.

·Vacuum-packaged portions (eighths, quarters, half parts) expire after 3 months.
