Mahonés cheese TORRALBA Semicurado - Forlandis

Cheese made with raw cow's milk in order to maintain its authentic and original flavor.

It is totally artisan with a maturation period of 2 to 5 months, its color is ivory yellow inside and orange on the outside. It is a buttery cheese, elastic texture which ensures an easy cut, usually has a variable number of small holes distributed irregularly.

Ideal cheese to eat with a Mallorcan pa amb oli or simply to eat alone with a glass of red wine.
