Bon Bessó is the first producer in history of  a  vegan cheese with a Mallorcan identity! After 4 centuries of almond milk tradition on the island, the Redonet is born: The plant-based alternative to cheese, made with natural, organic and local ingredients from Mallorca. Our artisan Redonets are made with lots of love, patience,  almond milk (56% almond) and high-quality probiotics, as well as sea salt, extra virgin olive oil, aromatic herbs,  dried tomato, etc..
