Young, fresh white with delicate aromas reminiscent of yellow fruits and citrus, made exclusively with the Mallorcan Giró Ros variety.

ELABORATION

Manual harvest of Giró Ros's own vineyards. Subsequent passage of the grapes through a selection table where a strict quality control is carried out. Gentle pressing of the bunches at low pressures in a pneumatic press to prevent oxidation. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures of approximately 16°C for about 30 days to preserve the freshness of the aromas. Aged on lees for 3 months. The Giró gives the wine fresh aromas of citrus and yellow fruit, as well as great volume in the mouth.

TASTING NOTES

- Appearance: Very golden yellow color. Clean and bright.

- Nose: Aromas of yellow fruit such as peach and citrus hints of orange.

- Mouth: Very pleasant entry in the mouth that gives rise to a dense and lively passage through the mouth. Consistent finish in the mouth and a sweet touch that invites you to drink.

- Pairing: Ideal to enjoy in the mid-afternoon or for appetizers. White fish and rice dishes.
