Young red wine that shows the primary characteristics of red fruits of the Mantonegro. In addition to mineral notes from our vineyards, with soils rich in call vermell (ferric oxide).

ELABORATION

Manual harvest. Selection at table, cluster by cluster, where the quality of the grapes is controlled. Subsequently, fermentation is carried out at temperatures between 23 and 25ºC, avoiding over-maceration to extract the primary aromas of red fruit from Mantonegro.

TASTING NOTES

- Appearance: Bright cherry red with violet reflections.

- Nose: Aromas of wild red fruits and sweets. Mineral bottoms.

- Palate: Sweet, balanced and warm on the palate. Pleasant and round tannins. Very pleasant finish on the palate.

- Pairing: Mallorcan cuisine, rice dishes and first course.
