Extra virgin oil of supreme quality of the Picual and Mallorcan variety.

It is protected by the Oli de Mallorca PDO and contains the Serra de Tramuntana World Heritage seal.

The tasting notes are as follows:

Oil with high green fruitiness

It has aromas of almonds, apple, platone, grass with hints of nuts.

On the palate it is somewhat sweet with light bitterness and light picate.
