The careful process of making olive oil makes it a gourmet quality oil. The olive varieties they use are the arbequina and the picual. It is made from olives harvested by hand, from sustainable agriculture. They are ground and pressed the same day in cold, to achieve the desired low level of acidity. This top quality blend, a family business since 2015, is born on our estate in Horteta with a plantation of 2000 olive trees.
