Compared to the flowering of almond trees, the flower of wild chrysanthemums in Mallorca is almost unknown. However, every year in early April, they transform extensive fields into a sea of white and yellow flowers, offering a breathtaking natural spectacle.

But it's not just wild flowers that sprout under the Mallorcan spring sun, but also a very special plant that is of great importance to the island: Wild Fennel, Fonoll in Mallorcan. Its delicate anise aroma is floral and almost a little buttery. We distilled a base of anise and macerated a branch of wild fennel directly in the bottle.

This liqueur is unfiltered and made with 100% natural ingredients. Turbidity and sediment may appear, serving as evidence of their artisanal production process. Due to its high content of essential oils, traces may appear floating on the surface.
