BODEGUES VIDAL SERRA

Bodegues Vidal Serra. It is a small and very familiar winery created between two brothers, Rafel Vidal and Josep Vidal. We are located in our hometown, which is Santa Eugènia, very close to the heart of Mallorca.

We decided to create this project in 2020. Everything comes as a result of the fact that in our family, for 30 years, they planted and continue taking care of the vineyards in our native village. Right now, in the family we are managing a farm of about 20 hectares of vineyards.

Description

We are the third generation of winemakers in the family and now we have taken another step forward in this great world of viticulture. We started with the elaboration of wines.

Wines from grapes grown in the family vineyards and which we see the whole process of growth throughout the year.

We have different grape varieties, both native and international varieties. Right now we have a production of 12,000 bottles that we divide into three wines: A young white wine, Maria Serra, a young rosé wine, Xafarder and crianza red wine, Dièresi.

Our vineyards and wines are registered in the Protected Geographical Indication Vi de la Terra Mallorca.

WHITE WINE MARIA SERRA

Here we present our white wine. A dry and balanced white wine with aromas of ripe white fruit. Elaborated with grape varieties Prensal Blanc, Moscatell, Chardonnay and Sauvignon blanc.
