Chocolates Maua

We are a micro-cooperative created in Mallorca by a couple of entrepreneurs who seek to develop the local economy of the island through the process of food products.

The basis of chocolate is cocoa, so it is intended to buy a product with the lowest possible intermediation chain and with the greatest traceability in our reach.

Other products will contain high quality Mallorcan products.

Maüa is the origin and fusion between Mallorca and Nicaragua.

A fusion of forms that symbolize cultures, flavors and traditions.

An elegant, subtle, healthy and sustainable product.

We want to contribute to the cocoa and chocolate sector in the following way:

· Making an artisanal chocolate, selecting the best ingredients, with social and environmental awareness.

· Creating traceable and transparent tablets from farm to bar.

· Generate fair relationships with producers and their environment, betting on direct and fair trade.

· Combining Mallorcan ingredients to our chocolates, creating innovative recipes and products.
