Gató d'ametlla mallorquina Forn i pastisseria Trias

Mallorcan almond gató

One of our star products is the Mallorcan almond gató, a traditional sweet from Mallorca.

Ingredients: Mallorcan almonds, sugar, eggs, cinnamon and lemon.

It should be noted that it does not contain gluten, which makes it an excellent option for celiac people. It is a delicious dessert that can be accompanied with ice cream, chocolate or enjoyed on its own.
