The story of Panambi Soaps is, in many ways, an intimate and loving story. We started in 2007, in Sierra de los Padres, Argentina, a place where nature rules and calm inspires. There, surrounded by green landscapes and an almost mystical air, we decided to follow a passion that, although at the time it seemed only a dream, became the essence of everything we do.

The idea of creating soaps began almost as a need to share something of ourselves with the world, to encapsulate those aromas, textures and natural elements that have always inspired us. We didn't want to simply make products, but to shape something deeper, a reflection of who we are and how we feel about the world. Each bar of soap in those early days was unique and handmade with that special blend of care and love. We felt like alchemists, mixing herbs, oils, and flowers until each creation was perfect.

Little by little, Panambi Soaps found its way. We opened four of our own stores in Argentina, and with each space we opened, we created more than just a store: each place became a refuge, a place where people could not only buy a soap, but also connect with nature and with the spirit we had put into each product. We loved seeing how people reacted when they entered, how they marveled at the scents and how many of them, when tasting our soaps, understood what we wanted to convey.

And then, as in the best stories, life took us to another corner of the world. In this new stage, we found a home in Mallorca, in Cala Vinyes, a place that we instantly fell in love with. This magical enclave, with its crystal clear waters and unique energy, inspired us to create a factory where our solid soap bars would continue to carry the essence of what we had built in Argentina. Here in this corner of the Mediterranean, we have followed the same path, preserving the values of always: working with natural ingredients, honoring the artisanal process and maintaining the commitment to create something that really does good.

Because for us, Panambi Soaps will always be much more than a brand; It is a dream that we continue to live every day, a way to share our love for nature and our desire to take care of others through something so simple and at the same time so special.

The manufacture of our solid soaps is, for us, almost like a ritual. When we decided to use the extrusion method, we did so because, although it is not the classic artisanal process that can start from scratch with each ingredient, this method allows us to preserve that pure and natural quality that we value so much, guaranteeing the uniformity and texture that our customers are looking for. The extrusion method gives us the flexibility to work with certified, high-quality raw materials, such as olive oil and coconut oil-based soap noodles, and gives us peace of mind knowing that the final product is in complete harmony with our philosophy: natural, nourishing and environmentally conscious, sustainable and circular.

We start by selecting the noodles, which are small balls or soap noodles, in which the saponification process has already been carried out and which come from certified sources. Choosing soap noodles based on olive oil and coconut oil was no fluke. We wanted something that would nourish, that would really bring a benefit to the skin. Olive oil, with its emollient properties and its ability to deeply nourish, combined with coconut oil, which provides incredible creaminess and softness, creates a soap base that not only cleanses, but really cares for the skin.

Once we have these noodles, the extrusion process begins in earnest. First, the noodles go through a mill, where they are crushed and worked to make their consistency thinner and more homogeneous. This step is key to ensuring that each bar of soap has a smooth and uniform texture. At this point, we also add other natural ingredients, such as essential oils, clays, or herbal extracts, depending on the formula we want to develop. We make sure that each ingredient has a purpose and that all of them, together, create a special synergy.

After carefully mixing, the soap batter passes through an extruder machine. This equipment takes the mixture and compresses it, generating a great pressure that helps compact all the ingredients, eliminating any air bubbles and forming a dense and durable bar of soap. The extruder is almost magical: it transforms the mixture into a long "ribbon" of soap, which is then cut into the individual bars into the selected shapes.

At Jabones Panambi, our commitment to sustainability is not just a slogan or a trend; it is the foundation on which we build every product and make every decision. Since we started in 2007, we have believed deeply in the need to take care of our environment and in the power of creating products that not only respect those who use them, but also the planet.

The idea of making solid soaps has practical and environmental roots. First of all, a bar of solid soap avoids the use of plastics, something that was a priority for us from the beginning. Every year, tons of plastic end up in the ocean, and if there's one thing we want to avoid, it's contributing to that crisis. By choosing solid soaps as our form of production, we eliminate the need for plastic packaging, always betting on biodegradable and reusable packaging. In addition, this decision is also aligned with the principles of zero waste, where nothing is left over and everything that is produced is consumed or reintegrated into the system without generating waste.

But we wanted to go further. We didn't want our commitment to the environment to stop at the materials we use, but to expand to how our products impact once they reach water, a vital and fragile resource. Mallorca, with its crystal clear waters, reminds us daily of the importance of taking care of the sea. That's why we dedicate time and resources to researching formulas that don't generate toxic waste or alter the marine ecosystem. We use biodegradable ingredients, which decompose naturally and leave no traces of contamination in the water. Instead of using harsh chemical compounds or artificial perfumes, which can be harmful to marine life, we opt for ingredients of natural origin, so we use natural herbs from the island of Mallorca.
