Description

Son Catiu, one of the largest oil presses in Mallorca, was inaugurated in 2008.

We directly manage our farms that are located throughout the island of Mallorca.

We have our own oil mill that has the most modern machinery and technology on the island. And this allows us to make an extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality.

Our oil has a high content of oleic acid that helps maintain normal cholesterol levels; high content of vitamia E that protects cells from oxidative damage; and a level of polyphenols that contributes to the protection of blood lipids from oxidative damage

ESTATES ARE CATIU

We have farms of olive trees of the Arbequina and picual variety located throughout the island of Mallorca

We cultivate these farms either by the traditional system or through organic farming

PRODUCTION OF EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL SON CATIU

We have our own oil mill located in the municipality of Inca.

This allows us to make our oil on the same day as the olive collection and power

ensure the excellent quality of the oil that retains all its aroma, flavor, characteristics
